 Abstract:  Edwin Tewksbury was a rancher in Pleasant Valley, Arizona and a leader of one faction in the 1880s Pleasant Valley War. He was arrested in 1892 and charged with the murder of Tom Graham, a leader of the rival faction. Typescript of court reporters transcript of the preliminary examination of the case, Territory of Arizona, plaintiff, against Edwin Tewksbury, defendant, before H.O. Wharton, Justice of the Peace, Phoenix Precinct, Maricopa County, Arizona Territory, Aug. 29-Sept. 8, 1892.
